I'm Sam Carder — a machine learning engineer, quant, and professional Counter-Strike analyst based in Cornwall, UK.

I hold a BSc in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Kent. Currently working as a Quant at Oddin.gg, where I apply data science and quantitative methods to esports. Previously I worked as a Data Analyst at Megger.

My day-to-day revolves around Python, R, PostgreSQL, and Docker, with tools like pandas, NumPy, and Streamlit. I'm currently picking up Rust, AWS, and React.

Outside of work, I'm into competitive Counter-Strike and indie games — Hollow Knight, Celeste, Undertale, and Hyper Light Drifter among my favourites.
